Kynoch Coaches, owned by Jason Ward, was sold to Bus Queensland (owners of Park Ridge Transit & Westside Bus Company) - a division of the Pulitano Group during March 2009. The official handover was on April 1, 2009. The coach side of the operation will be re-branded Coach Queensland with route services to come under the banner of Bus Queensland Toowoomba. All buses were transferred to Bus Queensland Toowoomba except for bus 94 which was held for private sale.
