Elaine Pointing drove school buses into Robertson Public School during the 1970s. Following the passing of its proprietor, Pointing inherited the school services with a Ford Transit and Bedford in the 1970s. Truck & Bus Transportation Bus Service Alterations recorded the transfer of Robertson - Mt Murray school charter service from A & KS McEwan to Mrs EE Pointing in 11/76.
The business passed down a generation to GM & ML Pointing in two separate transfers: Mount Murray service in 2005 and Burrawang & Kangaloon services a little later in 2005. Contracts operate as follows:-
1. Robertson - Mt Murray / Jamberoo Rd / Carrington / Robertson (connects Berrima Bus Lines to Bowral / Mossvale / Mittagong schools) then same route to Robertson Public School.
2. Robertson - Burrawang / Walkers Ln / Illawarra Hwy / Robertson (connects Berrima Bus Lines to Bowral / Moss Vale / Mittagong schools) then same route to Robertson Public School.
3. Robertson - Kangaloon Public School - Robertson Public School.
School services renumbered/renamed in conjunction with Transport Connected Bus roll out, which went live 6/24.
New acc no. 43543 gained under Robertson Bus Service Pty Ltd (incorporated 18/6/25) with TfNSW contract passing to new entity effective 1/9/25.
