Matnik Investments Pty Ltd reflects the partnership of Mathew Maidens and Nik Hauser. The company was used to purchase Tinonee Bus Company from AA & EM Rooney on 1 July 2015 with 6 buses. In November 2020, J Watson and Sons Pty Ltd at Woodenbong was acquired with 5 buses.
As part of a Transport for New South Wales route number rationalisation, Taree and Tinonee school runs renumbered in August 2023,
N0830 Woodenbong - Castille renumbered S975 in early 2024.
