Commenced on 6 June 1978 operating a Tullamarine - City service. Acquired TAA and Ansett bus services on 2 August 1982. Originally allocated route 482 for the Spencer Street Stn. - Tullamarine service and 480 for the City - Tullamarine service but these were dropped by the early 1990s. The services were reorganised around the same time. The main route (Spencer Street R/S - Tullamarine) operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
