The owners of Bayside Coaches acquired Nuline Charter (with vehicles) from Craig Coop who traded as Nuline Bus Service in February 1998. Nuline B.S. was based at 559 Centre Road, Bentleigh. Bayside Coaches moved there from Sandringham at the time of take over. The premises at Moorabbin were acquired later in 1998 and the fleet moved over the holiday break of 1998/9.
