From 1.7.04 the McCafferty's/Greyhound-Pioneer Melbourne-Sydney service contract ceased. This service was returned to the new owners of McCafferty's/Greyhound - Pioneer who is now trading as Greyhound Australia. The Moreland owned coaches were then on lease to Greyhound Australia and could be seen on other routes. These coaches carried fleet numbers in the Moreland Bus Lines & Greyhound Australia number series. (example M76/449). Advised November 2006 that the last 3 of the leased coaches to Greyhound have been purchased by Greyhound Australia. Greyhound continue to park coaches at Moreland Bus Lines depot. However 74/447 was not included and is still owned. A further coach was reported in Greyhound colours April 2007.
