The National Bus Company took over Bayside Bus Lines in August 1997. Melbourne company Connex took over from National Bus Company on the 1st of October 2004. Connex re-branded to Veolia Transport, the parent company name during January 2006. During January 2007, Veolia acquired the operations of Brooker's Coaches of Beenleigh and Moreton Bay Coaches, which was previously a subsidiary of Caboolture Bus Lines.
In July 2013, Veolia Transport Queensland was re-branded as Transdev Queensland.
Transdev Queensland disposed of the former Brooker's operation at Yatala to Bus Australia Pty Ltd t/a Yatala Bus & Coach during December 2017, with no vehicles.
