Sydney operator Jim Hill purchased the Gatton Bus Service and Minden Bus Service from Tom Woofinden around 1995.
The 'Q Bus' name was adopted sometime around 2007, but previous trading names 'Gatton Bus Service' and 'Minden Bus Service' are still frequent on a few buses.
