Established in 1919 as Tauranga Bus Service, Bayline Group was a scheduled, school, tour and charter bus operator based in Tauranga. Over the years, it acquired several other bus companies, such as Black and White Buses, Kiwi Coaches and Tui Coachline. In 2015, the company was taken over by Madge Coachlines (trading as Uzabus).
