The Canberra and Queanbeyan/Yass operations were purchased by Comfort Delgro Cabcharge (CDC) in August 2012, with CDC taking control as of 1 September 2012. The following CDC Sydney and Hunter Valley buses are presently on loan to the Deane's operation: m/o 909, m/o 5478, m/o 7511, m/o 7588, m/o 8092 and 4395 MO.
