Longstanding Wee Waa operator Lowder & Sons sold their contracts, 2 depots and 16 buses on 28/8/09 to Marchbank & Wolters Pty Ltd, a partnership between RN & KM Marchbank and RB & KJ Wolters. Original accreditation was that of the Marchbank's previous operation, Valley Bus & Coach, Acc No. 31159. The company was renamed RB Wolters Pty Ltd in October 2010, reflecting the dissolution of the Wolters-Marchbank partnership.
Fleet numbers applied late-2009, but appear to no longer be used.
A Type A school contract from Wee Waa to Black Gate ceased by 7/13.
