Valley Luxury Coaches (later Valley Bus & Coach), owned by Rowan and Kim Marchbank, commenced at Singleton operating charter and army contracts.

By July 2007, Valley Bus & Coach had established operations at Cobar in far-western New South Wales, gaining the contract for Lines of Route N2886 Cobar Township No 1 (NW) & N2887 Cobar Township No 2 (NE/SW). These contracts were handed back to Transport by previous operator Cobar Bus Service (Purcell family). The remaining students on D & M Settree's Cobar - Cable Downs contract were absorbed into the Cobar Township contracts. Line of Route N0035 Cobar - Nymagee was added by the end of 2007, previously held by W & C Dillon, Nymagee.

Valley Bus & Coach sold the 3 Cobar contracts to CJ McMahon, Cobar with 5 buses in January 2009. All operations relocated to Wee Waa in August 2009 when the Marchbanks and RB & KJ Wolters formed a partnership to take over DG Lowder & Sons, Wee Waa & Narrabri with 16 buses through the company Marchbank & Wolters Pty Ltd on 28 August 2009. The operation was renamed Lowder Coaches.

The partnership between the Marchbank and Wolters families dissolved in 2010, reflected by the renaming of Marchbank & Wolters Pty Ltd to RB Wolters Pty Ltd in October of that year. Details of the 16 buses and subsequent fleet operated at Narrabri and Wee Waa can be found in the Wolters Bus & Coach fleet list. This listing documents vehicles operated from Singleton and then Cobar, up until August 2009.
