B.W.I.O. Pty Ltd was registered by DF & JM Taylor on 27 June 1978. In November 1978, the Wellington - Saxa - Cobbora Road and Wellington - Gollan school services were purchased from JK Offner t/a Offner's Omnibus Service, Wellington with MO 313 Bedford SB5 and MO 3616 Bedford SB3.
These contracts were sold to EC & F Ogden t/a Ogden's Coaches, Wellington in January 1988 with MO 313 Bedford SB5 and MO 9088 Nissan Civilian.
