History of acquisitions by Deane family:
17 August 1988 - Menai Bus Service.
10 July 1989 - Hadfield's Bus Lines, Engadine.
28 January 1992 - South Western Coaches, Jannali (after operating their routes on behalf of the Department of Transport for over a year since 8 October 1990 following the delicensing of South Western).
29 December 1993 - Carss Park Chartered Tours and Bus Lines, Taren Point.
1 April 1994 - Kogarah - Carss Park Bus Service (N Blythe), Bexley.

Fleet numbers were originally allocated on 11/10/89.

The former Hadfield depot at Wollybutt Road, Engadine was vacated as the end of June 1992 and all the Engadine based vehicles were moved to the Menai depot. A new depot was established in Gow Street, Padstow and 20 vehicles were transferred from Menai to this depot. It was closed before the cale to CGEA in September 1999.
