Lismore route service & school bus operation was sold to Kirklands Coaches Pty Ltd in 1992.
Took over Around the Bend Outings (WR Drew, Acc No 24106), Lismore with TV 1170 & TV 3771 in December 2010.
Acquired Lines of Route N0240 Tabulam - Clarence Way - Bonalbo & N0242 Tabulam - Bonalbo - Ewingar Rd from NF & RD Murphy t/a Tabulam Bus Service, Tabulam around 2012 with 2954 MO & 2955 MO.
Simes opened an office at Shop 8, Wyrallah Road Shopping Centre around June 2015. The office moved to 21 Snow St, Lismore (depot) in September 2020.

A number of buses were lost to the Lismore floods in March 2022.
School services were renamed and renumbered effective April 2024 in conjunction with the roll out of Transported Connected Bus Program (TCB).
