Shoal Bus - Bomaderry

The following list is of known buses both current and those previously operated by Shoal Bus - Bomaderry.

The Neville family, previously involved with Busabout (Neville's Bus Service Pty Ltd), Casula, purchased the Sussex Inlet school services and nine vehicles from Roadcoach (Truemelt Pty Ltd), Ulladulla 1/7/01. With the legal name of Raymask Pty Ltd, the Nevilles adopted the trading name of Sussex Inlet Bus Service and operated from a depot in Wandy Park Road, Wandandian. North Nowra Bus Lines was taken over as of 1/1/06 with 13 buses and merged with Sussex Inlet Bus Service to form Shoal Bus. The ex North Nowra portion of Shoal Bus continued to operate out of the former North Nowra depot in Geary Place, North Nowra. A new depot was established at 12 Concorde Way, Bomaderry in July 2006 in conjunction with the takeover of Harrison's Motor Service as of 1/7/06 with 9 buses.

As part of a Transport for New South Wales route number rationalisation, both route and school services were renumbered in 2019. Previously school services emanating from Sussex Inlet (ex Roadcoach) were numbered 1 to 8 and school services operating around the Nowra area (ex North Nowra B.L. & Harrisons) were lettered A, B, C, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, N, O, R, W, Y. Previous Contract A (Non Commercial) services were renumbered as of 1 April 2019: N2323 (Bus 6) now S449, N2324 (Bus 4) now S448, N2453 (Bus W) now S447, N2502 (Bus 1) now S446 & N2504 (Bus L) now S445. The bulk of services previously operating as Contract B (Commecial) were renumbered as of 1 June 2019 (route services) & 3 June 2019 (school services). Compared to neighbouring Nowra operators, Shoal Bus has not yet adopted the new public route numbers and continue to display routes 705, 709, 721, 722 & 735 in all public information.
