As Wayne K Priest (34575 bus, 34576 coach), acquired Lines of Route N0153 Ladysmith - Coreinbob & N0402 Wagga Wagga - Ladysmith - Kyeamba from BG & RJ Malaquin, KJ & PE Morden t/a M & M Buses, Wagga Wagga in January 2007 with MO 2986 Mercedes-Benz OH1418 & MO 3410 Toyota Coaster. Line of Route N0153 consised of Part A) Ladysmith Public School - Coreinbob and Part B) Ladysmith - Coreinbob, connects with Line of Route N0402 to/from Wagga Wagga schools.
In the same year, Priest also purchased TV 1388 Denning Landseer off Fearne's Coaches to pursue coach charter and touring.
The charter and tour diary, and client lists of HG Durham, Temora were acquired in the third week of March 2013 with TV 5892 Autobus.
The two school contracts were sold to Millers Buses Pty Ltd, The Rock late-2014 with 5833 MO Daewoo BH117L & TV 6114 Fuso Rosa, with Priest's continuing as a charter only operation.

In October 2023, acquired S255 Tarcutta P.S. - Kyeamba via Keajura from IL & CM Kennedy, Ladysmith with 8068 MO Toyota Hi-Ace Commuter. This service consists:-
Part A) Tarcutta P.S. - Kyeamba via Keajura and
Part B) Kyeamba - Tarcutta (feeder to Millers Buses from Wagga Wagga schools at Book Book rest area - formerly a Priest's service).
Sold S255 Tarcutta P.S. - Kyeamba via Keajura to Anderson's Buses Pty Ltd, Wagga Wagga 1/12/25 with 8068 MO Toyota Hi-Ace Commuter.
