After the demise of Hawkesford's International Pty Ltd following the appointment of receivers 5 September 2011, a number of vehicles were retained under the MJH Services Pty Ltd banner. The trading name Concord Coaches was registered 17 May 2012 and adopted for the operation, with a new livery introduced. The Concord Coaches operation was sold to North Sydney Bus Charter, North Ryde through subsidiary North Shore Shuttle Service Pty Ltd in August 2014 with 4 vehicles.
The new trading name First Choice Charters was registered 20 April 2016 and incorporated 25 July 2016. New accreditation number 43029 gained in December 2017, vehicles previously operated under MJH Services Pty Ltd.
