As Lolog Holdings Pty Ltd, Jim and Helen Kellam Senior and Junior (both generations are Jim and Helen) purchased the Milton - Cunjurong Point school service from R.F. & M.J. Hubbard, Milton in April 1989. The Ulladulla - Lake Conjola and Ulladulla - Morton services were acquired from R.J. & E.G. Turner t/a Lyrebird Coaches, Milton in the early 1990's. The company name was later changed to Kellam Bus Lines Pty.Ltd.
Kellam successfully tendered for the Bathurst - Oberon Countrylink contract, which was awarded 1/1/03. A charter business was soon established in the greater Bathurst region with a depot firstly in Perthville and later in Kirkaldy St. Charter vehicles regularly rotated between the Ulladulla and Bathurst operations. The Oberon Countrylink service passed to Oberon Bus Service by 2006 through tender.
Casino Bus Service was purchased from Dennis Blunt in 2007 with 12 buses. All vehicles at Casino are accredited to Kellam Bus Lines, but the Casino Bus Service trading name and livery has been retained.
Kellams registered the name Bathurst Coaches on 23 April 2012 for the Bathurst charter operation, featuring blue and green sign writing for Bathurst Coaches that was inspired by the sign writing inherited with TV 4707 from Corby's. The Bathurst charter operated ceased by 2016.
