Kingsgrove Bus & Coach was formed by Mr Geoff Newham in 1992 after the demise of Allways. Initially based in the former Allways depot in Vanessa St, Kingsgrove, a fleet livery of two shades of green and cream, as with the former Newhams operation based at Enfield/Revesby/Padstow, was adopted. The initial fleet consisted of m/o 122 and m/o 4060 Leyland Atlanteans, m/o 4031 Leyland / PMC and m/o 364 Albion / CC.

In 2005, the former Krispy Kreme advertising Bedford SB3 with Syd Wood bodywork (body number 1906 3/5/62 B45F) was purchased for preservation. The bus had previously been displayed at the 1992 Bus & Coach Show at Warwick Farm, restored in the livery of its original operator, Parsons Bus Service Pty Ltd at Wauchope, who had stored the bus since its withdrawal in 1982. Kingsgrove repainted the Bedford into a traditional colour scheme of two tone green and cream with Kingsgrove Bus & Coach sign writing in 2005.

Kingsgrove Bus & Coach was incorporated as Kingsgrove Bus Service Pty Ltd 31 October 2006 and all vehicles received new accreditation at the start of 2008. Additionally, the word Coach removed from the trading name, as all semi coaches were sold some years before.

After vacating a sub depot at 180 Kingsgrove Road, Kingsgrove in mid-December 2011, Kingsgrove Bus Co moved from 8 Depot Road, Peakhurst to a larger premises situated at Unit 10, 41-45 Lorraine St, Peakhurst (behind the old depot) as of 7 January 2012.

On Saturday 1 February 2014, the operations of Casula Bus & Coach Service Pty Ltd, Moorebank were taken over with 15 registered and 3 unregistered buses. Buses have been reaccredited to Kingsgrove Bus Service Pty Ltd and the trading name has been adjusted to Casula Bus Service. Two of the unregistered vehicles (ex Casula m/o 6313 Volvo B10M & ex Ventura (3) Leyland Tiger) will not return to service and as such, have not been included in the Kingsgrove fleet list at this stage.

In September 2021, Kingsgrove Bus Service vacated the Unit 10 41-45 Lorraine St, Peakhurst depot. The allocation of 8 buses was transferred to Moorebank depot.
