Leon Glynn acquired the Grafton - Malabugilmah school contract from Stimson Nominees Pty Ltd, Grafton with MO 3081 in 1995. The contract operates from Grafton schools-Copmanhurst-Fineflower-Baryulgil-Malabugilmah, i.e. north from Grafton along the Clarence River. Glynn previous operated school buses in Gunnedah.
Sold school contract and charter coaches to King Bros Bus Group in 1999 or early 2000.
