Clint Robertson, son of bus proprietors Trevor and Rhonda Robertson, commenced operations on 1 September 2013 by purchasing six school contracts from his parents with 3 buses through C & J Robertson Pty Ltd. Three new buses were added to the fleet.
Subsequently, Lines of Route N0622 Coleambally C.S. - Cadell and N0623 Coleambally C.S. - Yamma were also acquired from TA & RJ Robertson at the start of Term 3, July 2015. Two new Fuso Rosas were purchased to service the contracts.
On 1 February 2017, Lines of Route N0319 Griffith Schools - Myall Park Rd, N1202 Rankins Springs - The Peak and N2469 Griffith Schools - Climsland - Rankins Springs from GJ & T McCarten Pty Ltd t/a Rankin Springs Bus Service, Griffith with three buses.
The last 6 runs and remaining buses were purchased from TA & RJ Robertson in 2018, completing the transfer of the entire business to C & J Robertson.
School routes were renumbered on 12 September 2022, as part of a Transport for New South Wales route name and number standardisation program.
