Caelli started in 1994 with the Singleton - Mt Pleasant / Dawsons Hill run ex AE & MB Saxby MO 0659 in 1994. Added in 1994 were TV 784 Nissan Civilian and MO 2735 MAN SL200. Vehicles were garaged in Ray Moore's depot on the corner of Bourke & Macquarie Streets, as well as the Thrifty Rentals depot in Campbell Street. Caelli owned the Thrifty franchise in Singleton. The Singleton - Broke 1 & Singleton - Broke 2 school runs were purchased several years later from RJ & MG Moore Pty Ltd with MO 1946 & MO 3605.
Caelli sold out to DK Cowan Pty Ltd, Sandy Hollow in late-2004.
