Burnett took over school services N0399 Alstonville Town and N0400 Alstonville - Rous from Alstonville Bus Lines (Edstein & Munro) in 1987 with MO 0538 Bedford YLQ2 and MO 8693 AEC Swift. The Bedford was a 49-seat semi-coach that Bill Burnett used on local charter work outside of school run hours. This led to the purchase of MO 0634 Austral Tourmaster from the failed Deluxe Coachlines auctions, which was sent to Austral for repainting. As the coach had a blue interior, Burnett wanted it's exterior to match. The chosen colour scheme was based on a recent delivery to South West Coach Lines (Bunbury, WA), which in itself was a stock livery formulated by Austral for a Bus Show demonstrator. This livery was subsequently used for most buses in the fleet.
On 1/6/22, Burnetts sold their two school runs and buses to Beaumont Buses (Gavmarn Holdings Pty.Ltd. - Gavin and Romana Beaumont). Two coaches were retained for continued charter work.
