Neville's Bus Service commenced with CR (Russell) Neville took over route 58 Liverpool to Hillview, Leppington & Catherine Fields from Scott Bros in November 1947. The company operated as Neville's Bus Service until 1994 when the Calabro family invested in 50% of the business, leading to the name change to Busabout. In 2001, the Calabro family purchased the Nevilles remaining share and Busabout (Neville's Bus Service Pty Ltd) was amalgamated with Liverpool Transport Co Pty Ltd, West Hoxton on 15/10/01. Although operating under the united banner of Busabout, vehicles from each respective operation retain their seperate accreditation. Hence, ex Liverpool Transport vehicles are in fact still owned by "Liverpool Transport Co Pty Ltd, West Hoxton", but for ease of identification, have been marked as ex Liverpool.
The Calabro family also operate Hawkesbury Valley Bus and Coach, Oakville NSW and Busabout, Wagga Wagga NSW (former Fearne's operations). A separate branch of the Calabro family owns the Transit Australia Group (TAG) in Queensland, which includes operators Surfside, Sunbus and Gold Coast bus manufacturer, Bustech.
