Blue Mountains Bus Company (David Morris) took over Katoomba Woodford Bus Company (Acc No. WS02978) from Darrell Booth & Cronshaw on 1 February 1995. Morris then sold out to neighbouring operator Pearce Omnibus Pty Ltd in December 2002. Pearce later adopted the Blue Mountains Bus Co trading name for its entire operation.
