Brian Ayliffe moved to Cobargo in 1947 when his family bought one of the two grocery stores in town, naming it Ayliffe's General Store. In 1973, Brian Ayliffe and Mary Ayliffe (nee Tyrrell) purchased two school bus runs, driving one each for 30 years - N0208 Cobargo - Quaama & N0212 Cobargo - Quaama - Upper Brogo. One contract operates into Quaama Public School (including feeder into Bega Valley Coaches service to Bega schools), while the other operates into Cobargo Public School.
Brian and Mary Ayliffe's son Mark and partner Lisa now own the bus service.
Services renumbered/renamed in conjunction with TCB roll out, which went live 6/24.
