PT (Peter) & DA Allen t/a Tuross Bus Service at Turlinjah, on the New South Wales South Coast, was previous operator of the Moruya to Tuross Head school contracts. These were purchased from JP (John) Mount, Tuross Head in the mid-1980s. Refer to separate fleetlist for former South Coast operation.
In July 1994, Peter Allen took over N1253 Leeton - Wamoon from CG & RH Walker, Yanco with MO 9486 Hino RC420 & MO 9896 Bedford VAM70. The school contract operated in two parts: 1) Yanco Public School - Leeton, 2) Leeton Schools - Wamoon.
There was about a 6-8 month cross over where Allen operated contracts at Tuross Head and Yanco, before the Tuross Head contracts were sold to KA & PJ Marshall, Tuross Head in 1995 with 3 buses. Allen swapped the ex Walker Bedford MO 9896 for Mercedes-Benz OH1418 MO 1232 at Tuross Head, retaining the Mercedes at Yanco and selling the Bedford to Marshall's.
Peter Allen's son Daniel (DT Allen) now owns the contracts.
N1157 Leeton - Amesbury was acquired from J & C Cassone, Leeton with 2926 MO 1/10.
Services renumbered/renamed in conjunction with TCB (Transport Connected Bus) roll out, which went live 3/25.
