Don Tulloch, the New South Wales state manager for Australian Pacific Tours, registered the company TM Marketing (Australia) Pty Ltd on 27/4/78. He resigned from his position with Australian Pacific and used TM Marketing as a company to market travel products for a number of small companies in the travel industry.
Sensing a market for coach tours, Don used the company to set up Australian Coach Tours around 1987. Five vehicles were used as his coach fleet over the next 27 years, with two vehicles being the maximum fleet at any time. TV 6663 Denning Landseer was the final coach in the fleet.
Don retired and ceased operations in mid-2014.
