The company Canberra City Explorer Pty Ltd was registered 16 September 2013 to commence a new City Explorer service of Canberra in January 2014. The new service replaced ACTION’s free 100 Centenary city loop service and the previous explorer bus operated by Capital Sightseeing Services Pty Ltd.
Both Metrobus double deckers were part of the original fleet that City Sightseeing operated on the Canberra Tour from its start 10/3/00 to cessation mid-2004.
Ceased on 31/1/15. Vehicles transferred back to City Sightseeing Pty Ltd, NSW operation.
