Grafton Yamba Bus Service was previously a partnership of McPherson and Wilson, but was fully owned by the Wilson family by 1979. The fleet in 1979 consisted:-

The 1989 public timetable consisted of five return services to Grafton weekdays (three only during school holidays), one return service on Saturdays and two on Sundays.
Grafton Yamba Bus Compan was taken over by the burgeoning King Bros bus group (AP & JP King, King Bros Bus Service) originating from Kempsey in 1999.
