Bill Nikolovski and Neil Johnstone formed a partnership in August 2000 to operate bus and coach charter, concentrating on the school and general charter market in Sydney's southern suburbs. They initially used the accreditations of Peakhurst Bus Company Pty Ltd and Tallbay Pty Ltd until the issue of their own accreditation in 2001. The depot of Saint's Peakhurst Bus Company in Peakhurst was initially used and some buses also parked at Skennar's Bus Hire in Caringbah.

On 30 April 2003, the partnership purchased the remaining two vehicles of Saint's Peakhurst Coaches to enable the retirement of Lachie Saint.

Following the sale of the Saint's depot for redevelopment, the partners relocated the business temporarily to the old Telecom yard in Roberts Avenue, Mortdale, then to 30A Commercial Road, Kingsgrove.

In September 2008, Neil Johnstone sold his share of the business to Warwick Purcell. From this point, the business adopted the accreditation of Purcell's company Interpacific Transport Pty Ltd, with revised trading names of Dolphin Coaches Australia and Euro Bus & Coach. Five buses were operated at this point.

The company relocated to a yard shared with Select Transport in Wentworth Street, Greenacre at the start of 2011.

An announcement in the Daily Telegraph Tuesday 19 July 2011 outlined Euro Bus & Coach were being wound up by the Workers Compensation board. Warwick Purcell retained the two coaches owned prior to joining the B & N partnership, continuing to trade as Dolphin Coaches Australia.
