Company trading name changed from By Bus to New England Coaches by 8/12. A new service from Tamworth to Toowoomba & Brisbane commenced 2/7/12, operating Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. The service operates from Tamworth to Stanthorpe, connecting with Crisps�s coach service to Toowoomba and Brisbane.
The formerly operated Tamworth to Port Macquarie service has been reinstated as Tamworth to Coffs Harbour, operating Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
As part of a Transport for New South Wales route number rationalisation, N1069 Glen Innes - Backwater was renumbered S572 in February 2024.
