L.C. Dysons Bus Services began Melbourne Metropolitan Route Services in 1952 with one bus operating the Regent Station to Janefield (via Plenty Road) service.
Today this operation forms part of Dysons' core business and now operate over 100 buses on 21 route services across the northern metropolitan area.
Associated companies are Cobb & Co East West Bus Co. Australian Pacific Tours (APT) and Melbourne Bus Link
Dysons purchased Kyneton Bus Lines, Vic. Effective 1st March 2006.
The Kyneton name will remain in use and purchased the fleet of Young At Heart Holidays, Vic. Effective 1st November 2006
Dysons purchased the service runs and school runs of Northern Bus Lines, Glenroy, Vic. Effective 1st July 2008
Dysons puchased Mylon Motorways, Wodonga, Vic. Effective 1st July 2008
Dysons puchased Little's Gippsland Coaches, Sale, Vic. Effective 1st October 2021
Out stationed V/Line coaches and other school buses are regularly cycled through Bundoora for major servicing.
NOTE: Vehicles listed under Alice Springs and Darwin are interchanged between depots to meet requirements .
